When the Global Risk Management team at BBVA asked us to support the image design for their first GRM Day, the goal was clear: to translate a powerful idea—connections, networks, collective intelligence—into a physical experience that would enhance the event visually.
With the concept already defined by the client, our role at Base3 was to bring it into the real world: shape it, scale it, make it tangible. We produced the elements that guided the attendees’ journey from the entrance: a large floor vinyl dendrite welcomed them, along with a welcome totem that set the tone.
On stage, the spotlight was on two volumetric totems with backlit opal methacrylate semi-spheres, controlled remotely to match the pace of the event. In the centre, a circular vinyl-covered platform and a lightbox displaying the event claim completed the scenography.
And after that? The post-event space kept the concept alive. Translucent blue window vinyls and a photocall with an opening invited attendees to snap and share. The highlight: a 3x2x2-metre booth, printed with neural network illustrations—ideal for selfies, laughter and branded content.
Our mission was to translate the concept into physical form. Turning the intangible into materials, structure and experience—with production, installation and the care we bring to every project.
