SAIB – Real Madrid Project: a brand experience that made an impact in Valdebebas

Saudi bank SAIB, official sponsor of Real Madrid, organised a series of sports events at the Ciudad Deportiva de Valdebebas and entrusted Base3 with the complete visual setup.

Our work covered everything from external signage to the staging of sports and hospitality areas. At Field 9, we installed perimeter banners, railing skirts, printed vinyls on the benches, wall panels and custom flag displays. We also designed an entry archway for participants, which later served as the backdrop for the awards ceremony, accompanied by toblerone-shaped markers and display podiums.
The event continued at the Estadio Alfredo Di Stéfano, where we decorated the VIP area, changing rooms and hospitality zones with printed vinyls, textiles and graphic elements tailored to each space.
All elements were produced using reusable materials and solutions designed for quick and secure installation, ensuring visual quality throughout the event.
